System Design & Engineering

Our engineering team develops complete layouts integrating climate HVAC systems, airflow distribution, fertigation injection control, lighting strategy, and structural configuration. Our fertigation systems include precision nutrient dosing with UV sterilization channels, oxygen enrichment, and temperature-controlled irrigation. Every component operates within a unified ecosystem supported by IoT monitoring.

Manufacturing & Installation

We oversee production and assembly of container systems and facility components to meet engineering specifications. Systems include galvanized racking, food-grade aeroponic pots, precision mist particle irrigation (20–60 μm), and optimized growing configurations supporting up to 2,400 planting cells per container.

Commissioning & Ongoing Support

Following installation, systems are calibrated to maintain optimal environmental parameters, including controlled humidity, balanced CO₂, sterilized airflow, and nutrient accuracy. Our IoT platform provides real-time monitoring via mobile and desktop interfaces, integrating lighting, HVAC, and nutrient systems into a centralized dashboard. The modular design allows expansion across multiple containers as operations scale.
